About Remote Performance Co.

At Remote Performance Co., we believe that better movement leads to better performance — in sport, in training, and in life. We're an online service dedicated to helping athletes move better, feel better, and perform at their highest potential through customized stretching and mobility programs designed specifically for them.

Our approach is simple but powerful: every athlete is different, and so is every body. That’s why we create fully personalized programs based on your unique sport, goals, and movement patterns. Whether you're a hockey player looking to increase hip mobility, a runner working to improve stride efficiency, or simply want to feel looser and more balanced throughout your day, we tailor each plan to meet your needs.

We offer two main ways to train with us:

 

  • Live Zoom Stretch Sessions – Get direct coaching through real-time Zoom sessions. Choose from private 1-on-1 coaching for a fully individualized experience, or join a small group session for a more community-based feel while still receiving expert guidance.                                                                                     

  • Custom Self-Paced Mobility ProgramsPrefer to work on your own schedule? We build comprehensive mobility programs you can follow anytime, anywhere. These programs include easy-to-follow video guidance, progress tracking, and weekly check-ins to ensure you stay on track and continue to improve.

 

Whether you're in the middle of your season, training in the off-season, or simply want to move more freely in everyday life, we’re here to support you. Our mission is to make high-quality, accessible mobility coaching available to athletes at all levels — from weekend warriors to professionals.

Creedon DYck

Co-Founder | Professional Hockey Player | Mobility Coach

Hey! I’m Creedon Dyck, co-founder of Remote Performance Co. and a mobility coach dedicated to helping athletes move better, recover faster, and perform at their best. I’m heading into my first year of professional hockey in Europe, and through my own journey, I’ve seen just how essential mobility, flexibility, and recovery are to staying healthy and competing at a high level.

Remote Performance Co. was born out of my passion for movement, performance, and the idea that every athlete deserves a program built for their body and their sport. I work with athletes across all disciplines to create personalized stretching and mobility routines that fit into their training and lifestyle — whether they’re on the ice, on the field, or in the gym.

​

Through 1-on-1 Zoom sessions, group coaching, and self-paced mobility programs, my goal is to make high-quality, sport-specific mobility training both accessible and effective. Mobility isn’t just for injury prevention — it’s a key part of peak performance and long-term athletic success.

Jacob burnside

Co-Founder | Mobility Coach | Kinesiology Student | Hockey Goalie

I’m Jacob Burnside, co-founder of Remote Performance Co., where we deliver personalized stretching and mobility programs for athletes who want to move better, feel better, and perform at their best.

​

I’m currently studying Kinesiology at UBC Okanagan with a focus on performance, recovery, and movement science. My background as a competitive hockey goalie has shown me how vital mobility, flexibility, and injury prevention are — not just for staying on the ice, but for consistently performing at a high level.

​

At Remote Performance Co., I combine my academic knowledge with real athletic experience to design custom programs that are both practical and sport-specific. I work with athletes of all levels to help them move more freely, reduce pain and stiffness, and improve their performance through targeted mobility work.

​

Whether it’s building better movement patterns or supporting recovery between training sessions, my goal is to help you feel stronger, looser, and more in control of your body — every single day.
