These aren’t pre-recorded videos — they're real-time, interactive sessions where you’ll be walked through each movement with proper technique. With a maximum of just 5 participants per session, you won’t get lost in the crowd. Your coach will be able to see and correct your form, offer encouragement, and make real-time adjustments to suit your body and goals.

    Game-Changer for My Flexibility and Recovery

    Joining the group stretching sessions has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my body. The sessions are super easy to follow, and it’s awesome having a coach guide us through each stretch in real time.

    I’ve noticed less soreness after training and way better mobility, especially in my hips and shoulders.

    Even in a group setting, it still feels personalized. The energy is great, and it keeps me accountable each week.

    Highly recommend for any athlete or active person looking to stay loose

    My 15 year old AA goalie son has been doing this for months now. It’s made a massive difference in his mobility. It’s changed he pre and post game routines as well. The guys have been super easy to work with.
