  • Live 45-Minute Zoom Sessions (Small Group Coaching)

    Join real-time, coach-led stretching sessions designed to help you move better and feel better. These are fully interactive — not pre-recorded — so you’ll be guided through each movement with proper technique and intent.

    With a maximum of just 5 participants per session, you’ll get personalized attention, form corrections, and real-time adjustments to match your body and goals.

     

    Flexible Weekly Scheduling (Monday–Friday Sessions)

    Each weekend, you’ll receive access to the upcoming week’s session calendar. Sessions run Monday–Friday, and you can book the time slots that fit your schedule — giving you full flexibility without being locked into fixed times.

     

    Ongoing Messaging Support

    Stay connected with your coach between sessions through private messaging. Ask questions, get guidance, and share feedback so you can stay consistent and continue progressing even outside of your live sessions.

    3. Fill Out Your Form

    Complete the form so your coach can understand your goals and tailor the sessions to your needs.

     

    4. Book Your Weekly Sessions

    Each weekend, you’ll receive access to the upcoming week’s Zoom session calendar.

    5. Show Up & Stretch

    Join your booked session on Zoom and follow along with guided, coach-led stretching in a small group setting.

    Game-Changer for My Flexibility and Recovery

    Joining the group stretching sessions has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my body. The sessions are super easy to follow, and it’s awesome having a coach guide us through each stretch in real time.

    I’ve noticed less soreness after training and way better mobility, especially in my hips and shoulders.

    Even in a group setting, it still feels personalized. The energy is great, and it keeps me accountable each week.

    Highly recommend for any athlete or active person looking to stay loose

    My 15 year old AA goalie son has been doing this for months now. It’s made a massive difference in his mobility. It’s changed he pre and post game routines as well. The guys have been super easy to work with.
