    Receive a structured stretching plan tailored to your body, goals, and current level. Your plan evolves as you progress, helping you build flexibility, reduce tightness, and improve overall movement over time.

     

    Flexible Weekly Scheduling

    Each weekend, you’ll receive access to the upcoming week’s session calendar. Sessions run Monday–Friday, and you can book the time slots that fit your schedule — giving you flexibility without being locked into set times.

    Each session targets the areas and movement patterns you need to improve most. Your stretches are selected with purpose to help you move better, feel better, and reduce your risk of injury.

     

    Live 1-on-1 Coaching (Zoom)

    Ongoing Messaging Support

    Purchase your 1-on-1 Stretching Sessions to secure your spot.

     

    2. Check Your Email

    You’ll receive a welcome email with:

    • A short form to tell us about your body, goals, and needs
    • Everything you need to get started

     

    3. Fill Out Your Form

    Complete the form so your coach can understand your goals and tailor your sessions to you.

     

    4. Book Your Weekly Sessions

    At the end of each week, you’ll receive access to the upcoming week’s Zoom schedule.

    From there, you can choose and book the session times that work best for you — giving you full flexibility with no fixed schedule.

     

    5. Show Up & Stretch

    Join your booked Zoom sessions and follow along with guided, coach-led stretching in real time.

    Game Changer For My Butterfly

    Honestly wasn't sure what to expect from online training but these 1-on-1 zoom sessions are the real deal. My hips feel way better and my butterfly flare is wider. The sessions are personalized which makes a huge difference. Highly recommend to any goalie.

    My son has just started with the one on one zoom stretching sessions and he’s loving them. I even noticed that his stretching before games and practices has changed. Well worth the time and money 🙂
