4. Receive Your First Week of Programming
Within 24 hours you'll receive your first week of custom self-paced sessions. New programming is delivered every week so your training stays fresh and on track.
5. Book Your Monthly Zoom Sessions
At the end of each week you'll receive access to the upcoming week's Zoom schedule. Choose from the available times that work best for you — full flexibility with no fixed schedule.
6. Show Up & Train
Follow your self-paced sessions on your own schedule and join your two coach-led Zoom sessions each month for real time guidance, form corrections, and accountability.
